          We assumed the more stores that included an offer the better the event would be so we offered an exclusive deal.

      Isn't it okay that they run a time based promotion ..it expires then they launch another one? I agree the pillow is now 1$ more but that promotion has come and gone and this is now the 'best offer'. I too like the price to keep going down but appreciate the thrill of the bargain hunt ..gotta commit to the purchase at some point :-) ..and yes they are good pillows; I learned a heck of a lot about pillow construction!

    Hi rep, I bought a TLC 'the firm' a couple of months ago from your eBay seller. I haven't been able to use it since the first few times because it is indeed firm and strains my neck at night :( I do like the material and would want to try the softer classic version. Is there anything I could do to possibly make an exchange?

    You can buy a Talalay latex contoured pillow from Target at the everyday price of $59. Comes in medium and firm (firm being thicker although may have been discontinued). They also have a non contoured version for $59. Sometimes its on sale at target such as a 2 for 1 deal. I've been recommending this pillow to people for many years. Its as good as all these $100+ pillows. Probably from the same factory in China lol

    These are awesome pillows. I bought one September last year and have moved to Bangkok since then. I hardly bought anything over from Australia (3 suitcases worth) and one thing I bought with me was a TLC Pillow. Well worth it.

      Hi artofbargain - almost all of our pillows are all natural latex, using the Talalay process. This means absolutely no sythetic latex, no oil derivatives & no chemicals. All of this makes them ideal for all allergy sufferers - they are inherently microbial, dust mite & mildew resistant.

      The only pillows in our range that are not Talalay latex are 'The Feather & Down' and 'The Travel Neck'.

      Our 'The Big' are a similar density to the Dunlopillo Medium profile Talalay latex pillow. We do have a no returns/refunds policy on our discounted items. That said we genuinely want you to love your TLC pillow so if you receive it & it simply isn't right please do make contact & we will work with you to get the right pillow for you.

      Well 99% of our pillows are Talalay latex, so all natural. But they vary in density. So essentially the less latex poured into the pillow mould when they are made, the softer (less dense) they are. Our softest pillow is our 'The Soft'. It is the same size & shape as 'The Classic' and is made from exactly the same material (rubber/latex from a rubber tree) but there is just less of it in the pillow so it is softer. I do hope this makes sense. Let me know if I can further/better explain.
