Doesn't Bing Lee always include a delivery cost to almost all their stuff? I wish I didn't forget Cashrewards as that would have made up for the postage cost.

I always avoided Bing Lee deals because of that postage charge. Almost all the time they had a deal and I checked some of their items they had delivery cost (about $10) or pick-up only. I live in Adelaide, so this is my first purchase from them.

What's with that? Is that part of their code of business with the first orders of new customers? Never saw anything like this from other online retailers before.
I've bought from them before but also got this email today. Haven't seen it before but then again I haven't bought from their ebay site for a few months now.
So it's to do with their eBay store for new customers or those who haven't bought from them for a while. Good to know it's a normal practice of theirs and that I didn't get targeted. For a sec I thought there's something wrong with my eBay account and that I was particularly screened or something.

Really annoyed. Did click and collect on the v7. Got email saying ready for collection. Told today they are on backorder. No stock anywhere. so they took my money and sold the item to someone else.
Has anyone got their Yamaha soundbar shipped? Bought it on Friday the 23d and still hasn't shipped.
They're slow to process things, I ordered through them on Thursday and only got a shipping notice yesterday, for an item they only sold a couple of. They sold a few hundred sound bars, no doubt processing them will take time

Damn! That's insane. I bought two other items (one on eBay and the other on Amazon AU) after this Bing Lee purchase and both of those other items were delivered yesterday and today. I was just reading their reviews on Product Review and wasn't impressed with the amount of negative feedback they got. Hope they'll send it soon with no issues.

Mine shipped today.
@iRMonkey: I sent them a message yesterday and they got back to me today saying they've been overwhelmed with orders and they'll ship in the next "two business days" (meaning potentially by next Monday) and sorry about the delay. I wanted it for the Sony TV that I purchased from the recent Amazon deal, which was due to be delivered yesterday, but Toll didn't even pick it up yet, so I can wait until early next week.
I've tried 3 different WA metro addresses and it won't work for any of them :(
