Australia post is really struggling at the moment. I sold something on ebay, paid express and it took double the time to arrive.
I would get on the phone to the shaver shop tomorrow and then Australia post. It's either in some sort of backlog or it has been lost. Either way you need to speak with the shavershop and get them to follow it up. They'll have a direct customer line so they might have more luck than you.
ah ok thanks guys, I guess it's still coming then. I was thinking that they had lost it or delivered it to an incorrect address or something. I'll just keep on waiting then.

Have not received mine either. received the shipped email, but nothing update since then.
Just a quick update. I was contacted By Jayden from the Southland store and he has offered to send me an upgraded product at no further cost, which I'm very grateful for, particularly as the original item was only $15
Shipping information received means Auspost have received a job to pick it up.
Shipping information approved means Auspost have it.
I had a package from Catch that was picked up on November the 27th, and I only recieved it on Saturday. So possible that it is just heavily delayed by Auspost.
