Hard to read the fine print, looks like batteries are Not Excluded, so that's a bonus for some.

    • Either way we are all tight and love a deal 😎

Sigh, thats exactly what i needed.
EDIT: oh double negative, had to re-read your comment, batteries are included. Sweet.

I thought that might be a little ambiguous for some people, hence capital letter for initials.

maybe just say included? its the double negative that is confusing

  • Any good car jack from repco? Miss supercheap toolpro jack trolley last time :(

  • Looking at their tool chests and this 26" looks decent. Any one had experience with Mechproones vs.ths SupercheapAuto one's?

I have a set of repco tools (not the mechpro ones) and they are pretty good. They also have a lifetime warranty. I've also got a few toolpro bits from Supercheap and they are comparable. The mechpro stuff is okay, but I don't think it has the lifetime warranty.

As usual misleading by saying sitewide, as it doesn't apply to items that are already "on sale" at less than 25%. Further misleading is that you can apply the code at checkout on these "on sale" items and it says that the code has been applied but the price doesn't change, making customers think they had gotten the 25% off when if fact they hadn't.

Don't know why anyone would ever shop here. Constantly more expensive than competitors with a poor product range.

  • Expect to have their site block you if you use a VPN.

Because then apparently you're a h4xx0r intent on destruction. Or something.

Fortunately most of their stuff is overpriced garbage that's no better than the cheapest eBay stuff anyway, even though it's often a lot more expensive. As in 2+ times the price.

The $50-odd scissor jack I bought from then was worse than the $17 delivered eBay one that replaced it.

Although 25% off deep cycle batteries is worth checking on, to be fair. If you're looking for such a think, check their prices against Low Energy Developments on eBay. They're Melbourne based, & their gear is decent.
