      Not as nice as Guinness from tap in Ireland but I reckon these are better than the Guinness you get in many (but not all) pubs in Australia.

  • Has anyone received their order yet? I know they are experiencing delays with orders leaving the warehouse; but delivery, supposedly by couriers from the customer's local depot, is taking surprisingly long!

    • Nothing for me and if I go to track mine it asks me to log in but my password is not accepted so I go to reset my password and it won’t send me the email to reset it.
      I’ll be calling them tomorrow

When your order leaves our warehouse you’ll receive an alert via email. The track link in this email or online in Your Orders links to Australia Post’s tracking information and displays an up to date ETA for your delivery.

        Unfortunately our warehouse and Australia Post are struggling to keep up with our order volumes which have increased by 8x in the past week. Our warehouse is working through the night to catch up. Australia Post is also experiencing delays and longer delivery times given the severe weather events in NSW and we’re working closely with them every day to do our best to reduce any delay.

        This is not the service we pride ourselves on that delivers 99.5% of the time and we’re doing everything we can to catch up and avoid it in the future. If your order is delayed, we’ll be in touch to offer some free booze credit on us as a consolation.
