Has anybody come across any Apple Watch Series 4 deals this Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend? I am keeping an eye out on JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, The Good Guys, etc. but no luck at all :(. If anyone know of any decent deals, please let us know! Thanks

Haven't seen any either. Even Costco only has the series 3 version. If you need one now probably best to get gift vouchers and buy that way.
Apple controls pricing very strictly. The fact they haven’t offered any deals on Black Friday etc means it’s unlikely you will see much of a deal on them at other retailers either. . You can’t even do cashrewards in series 4 yet.
Controlling prices is illegal in Australia, if you are talking about a company enforcing particular minimum prices. The way they manage discounting is to give very small margins of profit to the retailers, much lower than other electronics manufacturers.
regardless of the "wording" or method apple is very strict about what price you can sell their items for.
Sony used to do same when they sold Vaio Laptops in aus.when you become an authorised reseller of Apple products you agree to certain conditions, the margins however are lower i agree and its only when apple agrees to a discount on the buy price that a RRP can be discounted, hence my point remains.. its unlikely you will seee lower prices on Series 4 Watch.
How come you say cashrewards don't do series 4?
I can only find this in Special Terms:
"The following products are not eligible for Cashback: New iPad Pro, New MacBook Air, New Mac Mini, Bose, Gift Cards, Gift Wrap, iTunes, Shipping."
I'm looking as well but so far the only "deal" is purchasing an older device from the Apple store and getting a gift card which can be used towards the Apple watch series 4. Maybe Cyber Monday will yield some better options.
