About the network

Our network spans datacentres in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Perth and Auckland. We use high-quality transit from Vocus, Superloop and Equinix for our local and international connectivity, as well as peering on major internet exchanges via IX Australia and Megaport.
We are not a reseller - we operate AS133480.

FAQs

How long does the discount apply for?
The 30% discount will be applied to every invoice until you cancel the service. It is a lifetime discount.

When will my server be online?
Listed servers are in-stock for immediate setup. Please allow up to an hour for our system to complete your OS installation.

What level of support is included?
All services include 24/7 support from our Network Operations team, who can assist with service interruptions and network issues. Our services are self-managed, meaning that support for operating systems or software is not included as standard. However, management packages are available or ad-hoc support can be purchased separately.

Are your servers DDoS protected?
Yes - our networks all feature extensive DDoS mitigation capacity. 50Gbps of mitigation is included with services.

Which operating systems are available?
Most Linux OS are available for selection during checkout. Windows servers incur an additional $35/m licensing fee. For other OS, contact us prior to purchase to confirm availability.

Can servers be upgraded?
Servers can be upgraded between packages at any time, and the pro-rata difference between the packages will be billed.

I'm an existing customer - are these discounts available?
We're always happy to reward loyal customers, so please get in contact with our sales team. We can honour discounted pricing on contract renewals or on additional servers.
