nice price, if this was the price few months ago i wont get the kogan 34" 1440 but still no regret on it.
Would this be the best option for price point vs 1440 + 30+inch + ultra wide + higher refresh (this is 100hz)?
Or another option worth looking at with higher refresh, etc?

I want to get a 30+ inch, ultra wide, 1440p monitor with a good refresh rate. I believe there are a couple of options in the $1000+ range. Would this be the better of the budget options that check those boxes?

I reckon you'd struggle to get 100hz at 3440 resolution much lower, especially from a reputable brand. Seems a great buy to me. I'm running the Asus equivalent, can never go back to normal aspect ratios.
my kogan (using samsung panel too) show at 99.99hz using https://www.testufo.com/refreshrate
So i doubt those reputable brand will have any issues getting 100hz.
