  or just drink water …. better on your teeth than sucking gatorade or powerade past them, luckily primary schools now recommend kids just drink water with their meals and fill drink bottles with just water so they develop a good habit.

  very few people need this stuff after a workout ( probabaly only select professional athletes) and if you are at that work out level you probabaly also have a strict diet and your dietician has selected what you take to rehydrate due to electolyte loss.

  if you need to rehydrate due to illness eg gastric problems, you’d be on hydralyte or similar.

  companies are always trying to add value to water so they can charge more …eg add vitamins, or electrolytes or healing powers from minerals or blessings like the water from lourdes which has been performing miracles since 1858 ….drink up.
