  • Sorry, when I say "listeners to the podcast" I meant - that's where the discount code comes from. cheers

  • Once again, how do these compare to the QC35 ii's?

    • Well, in price they are $100 cheaper than the cheapest Bose QC ii that I can find.
Sound wise the reviews say they are great headphones, especially after personalising them. But most say not quite as good as Bose. Particularly in the noise cancelling area.

Thanks op. For better or worse, I couldn't resist. Strangely enough, I was having a conversation with a friend last night about how hearing loss had destroyed my ability to enjoy music. Listening to music had been one of the chief joys of my life, so if these do what they claim I'll be a very happy camper.

Have two from kick-starter project. Both have noise when one without sound playing. One is really obvious. Noise cancelling average at best (have Bose qc25 to compare). Bluetooth connection okay but have experienced lots of interference when leaving iphone in pocket and headphones on. Am hearing impaired and they do sound clearer that normal for me when set up properly.

    • Do you know if have aptx low latency support?

      • +2

That's one thing I'll be testing when I get mine. They do have AptX, but I couldn't find anything about low latency.

      • +1

        Probably too late, but…

The transceiver device that they do in a bundle with this headphone (not this deal) does AptX Low-Latency. It's a pretty good bet then that the headphones do as well.

  • They do have the option to return within 60 days if you don't like them.
It's also worth checking out the podcast to hear the story behind them.

    Osher Gunsburg

The man would need some noise cancelling headphones to keep his sanity.

    • I assume you're referring to the quality show he's on? :)

  • +1

I've seen that there are mixed opinions about these headphones. Some people say the build and sound quality is poor and other people say it's good.

    • +1

As above they offer you a 60 day trial, so if you don't like them you can return them. Easy to decide for yourself.

    • +1

and some people say they're really comfortable and others say there's too much clamping force… As Chidori says, we get 60 days to decide. It's a really generous evaluation period. I can't wait to try them out.
