I think this is part of Amazon US cyber monday deal available combined with $15 credit for amazon US prime customers who sign in using the mobile app

what i did was

1. sign up for a new amazon US prime account 30 day trial, i got an email advising if i signed in using the app i would get $15 credit
2. installed app, changed the app to international and signed in using new account. went back to pc and went to www.amazon.com/prime it verified i had installed the app and signed in and gave me $15 credit, but you must go back to the app and do order from there to use the $15 credit
3. completed order using the mobile app and it applied the $15 credit to the purchase.

things to note: this is most likely the US gold edition which means the DLC codes will be only available to redeem on a US PSN profile.

  closer to $30 saving its $108 on ozgameshop but yeah i wish they had released it like they did with last one with episodes trickled out and then a complete edition later on next year

  The way they have just given us mostly everything now with a few new maps and sniper missions to come later as dlc made me think they are not going to repeat elusive targets like they did with last season and some of those were my fav content so i am getting in now as i dont want to miss anymore of them
