  I just bought this but was I supposed to be allowed to pick the 10W or 7.5W version? Or will it just do both? I have a Samsung S8+.

    For Samsung S8+, this wireless charger could support 10W fast wireless charging. All you need to do just put your phone on the wireless charger, and connected with a QC 2.0/3.0 wall charger.

  I bought this and it was a but finicky about placement and doesn't fast charge my S7. I bought a RAVpower one and it works better (fast charges) and feels more solid.

    We tested it on S7 and it could work well. Please note that it required a QC 2.0/3.0 except S7 original wall charger to fast charge S7.

  I bought and received this pad this morning and instantly plug it on with my original Samsung Note 9 fast charger with original cord.

  It did not show fast charge on my Note 9 and it will take almost 2 hours to charge 45% battery while when I use cable, it will just take 50 minutes.

  @CHOETECH-Direct can you share your thought? or it won't fast charge on Note 9?

    Could you change another QC 2.0/3.0 wall charger to try again? For this version is incompatible for Note 9's original charger, we also have the new version later which could solve this issue. Hope to get your understanding.
