      I purchased when they were doing free shipping promotion from Amazon with AMEX, order eventually dropped to "Lowest $40.99 USD Jan 26, 2015". The estimated date just kept pushing further and further out. I remember Kingdom Hearts III being promoted when PS4 was first launched.

  JB Hifi has the same price of $69.. So it comes down to whether or not the $6.9 cashrewards is worth not getting the game on release date for you.
