I use Uber and Ola all the time with no issue but the first time I tried these guys the driver called me when he got lost in the middle of the cbd and screamed at me because his google maps wasn't working. It was the weirdest experience, deleted the app after that.
no issue with Ola? you are lucky. I have had them cancel 12 out of 20 rides in past week or so, often after waiting a few minutes, once as I actually got in the car a little earlier than he expected - they obviously see an uber surge fare come up and decide to take that instead

They're quite rare out of the city.
I tried them for a while but you have to wait ages for a driver. As a customer what incentive is there to use them as they aren't cheaper? And their app is rubbish.
Not that Uber is much better. Uber charges you for tolls that you never took and then tries to argue that you did take them. They're fraudsters.
In my huge sample size of 3 I've found them great. But only caught uber twice and 1 trip had a long wait and promo code that didn't work.

I am in Brisbane CBD, and the app always tells me, there is not yet available here.

Great! If they tell me where their drivers are I'll take an uber there and try it out.
