I've been tossing up this or An Cuan Mor which is (158.99 -20% = $127)
Anyone tried both and can compare? Which one has more of the bandaid nose/taste going on?
Also, Quarter Cask is slightly cheaper at Nicks.com.au ($84.99) if you can pick up or your total order is over $200 ($15 delivery if not)

an cuan mor is a lot less peaty and has a saltier sea spray like a lagavulin 16 (minus the iodine and damp wood). definitely more approachable for the majority. still prefer the quarter cask but that's just personal preference. the acm is still a fantastic drop for a NAS, although at $127 it's a pretty competitive segment with plenty of other choices

Nick's price is for the 700ml sadly. 1L is out of stock right now but it was $109.99
I have both. Agree with thegazette. My preference is for the Quarter Cask (prefer the strength of the smoke).
The Boozebud 20% off deal worked to get Lag 16 for about $75. An Cuan Mor was $160 for 2 x bottles from JR Duty Free (some time ago) while the PX was $80. Both are OOS now (and, of course, you need to be travelling). When in stock, the 1L QC at Nicks (get 2 for free del) will be better than this deal and the ACM.
ACM is Worth $80 a bottle; perhaps $100. Personally, I wouldn't pay $127.
This or the Ardbeg 10 for $80 at Vintage?
