Spintel Vs Jeenee Vs Others

Just wondering if anyone else comes close to Jeenee, or Spintel's $25-ish plans?
I'm looking for 10GB or more, and about $25 give or take $2

Im currently with Jeenee, and love everything about them, from what they stand for in the community, to how easy and perfect their online portal is.

Right now I'm paying $22.50, for 8GB.

However, since their existing customers aren't getting any of the new plans, it's time to look wider.
Spintel seems to be the next choice; I'm an IT nerd, so as long as the port goes smoothly, customer service is 0 of my concern.

Is anyone else out there worth considering at the price\data point?

    Go with Belong.

I can't find anything even CLOSE to what I'd hope for, what plan were you thinking?

have 2 belong sim cards - keep 1 as your main and 1 as disposable.

you can buy the $40 starter kit as low as $15. this will get you 15+15=30GB + 2x$20 Referral Credits.

        • Yes this, and it is super easy to gift the data to your main account. Keep your main on $10/month then buy half price $40 sims occasionally if you want more data. They are free until you have used too many referrals. And each one gives you 15GB + 4GB (using the $20 referral bonus you top up before gifting and cancelling). In addition if you run out of data you can keep using the net, just shaped speed.

  • Try Pennytel for 6 months then look again: https://pennytel.com.au/ - $18/month at 50% for 10gb

I did that and have recently finished the 6 months and ported to boost (which was a colossal SNAFU but is resolved now)

    Spintel aren't bad

    • Yeah I'm considering them very seriously.

      Is the user portal good?

I know customer service is 50/50 so as long as the portal is good I'm happy.

this? existing customers aren't getting any of the new plans,

what do you mean? I see 18gb for $25.00,

are you saying jeenee won't let you change plans?

    • Yeah, those plans are for new customers only.

Have to port out and port back to get those plans.

      • I just checked on my jeenee and your right I can only get 10gb for 25.00 doing an online change of plans. The 18gb is $32. That is so messed up!

        I did see this:
The $22, $25, $30 & $32 Pennywise plans are for new customers only (i.e. new services transferring into Jeenee Mobile, or customers selecting a service with a new number only).

So maybe just get a new number if your desperate?????

        • Nah, just port out and port back.
I was just gonna avoid the hassle.

          Im on 22.50 for 8gb.
Might go to spintel for now.
          Thats 22.95 for 9gb.
