Stupid question but when it says new or existing users, it is users of Shopback or Uber Eats?
In this instance it means Uber Eats.
I realise it take a few months to get the money come through but generally how long before it should show up on your account.
I went through the shopback app but never got the shopback confirmation email which is always a bad sign
If you're a new user don't use this, just get a $15 first time user voucher through a quick google search, much easier.
