    If you haven't tried Salomons before, they are a bit narrow and you have to go 1 or 2 sizes bigger to get a good fit. I'm usually 11.5us and had to get 12.5uk/13us

      I ordered the 10.5 as I normally wear a size 44. (44 ⅔ in Salomon) I should know, since I have plenty of salomon shoes, and in the 'size guide'in the Anaconda site, the greyed out section is in US.

      Are you getting a refund or replacement?
