    The sound is great and it connects to devices easily. The big letdown are its startup and shutdown sounds, very loud and childish. If I’d known about these sounds, I wouldn’t have bought it.

      I've never noticed it. Mine is always on and plugged in via usb so the Echo dot can play bluetooth audio through it 24/7.

      I find the sounds it makes absolutely fine and hearing it made me glad I had purchased it.

    just checked, offer has expired on Target website, was good while it lasted! I bought some of these for work and friends, I highly recommend it! Note UE Boom 2 has reduced price a lot recently to come closer to the Flip4 price but sound quality is still better with Flip4 as Boom2 seems to be missing some frequencies that the Flip4 instead has (I own both, I prefer the Flip4 for sound).
