    She was the first person really to analyse the cosmetic industry from a dermatologist or scientific point of view. Probably 90% of the industry is fake claims and over charging. So if she chose it you new it was good.

        Actually she wrote a book called Don't Go To The Cosmetics Counter Without Me.
        Was a bible before the internet.
        She's been doing it probably since the early 90's.
        She then morphed into doing her own line - which yeah, she promotes and it doesn't feel as honest as when she started out but they are still superb products.
        Beautipedia.com is still there and is invaluable for cosmetics but it tends to be American.

        You really don't know much about it sorry.

      I don't know why those actresses went to his hotel room - probably because his staff and everyone worked out of his hotel room.

  I buy Paula's Choice all the time but she - not all the time - but often offers 20% off.
  What do you think the actual price of her products are?
  I don't like it because it is misleading and it's there to get you all hyped up.
  I think price before she started doing this was 5% off what it is now. So 20% off is just 10% off.

    But it's no different to many other retailers. It's true that there have been a lot of Paula's Choice offers recently (US sales periods plus Christmas approaching), but over the year the promotions vary a lot in percent, inclusions, free P&H or not, etc.

    There have definitely been long periods where there were no good specials for products I was interested in, so I think your generalisation is wrong.

      Nothing really. But there seem to be quite a few exclusions and OP has not provided any specific bargains so I'm struggling to see how this is a deal.

    This is a product I stock up on whenever there is a sale. After years of skin trouble and seeing dermatologists, it was my own research that lead me to chemical exfoliants leading to a large improvement for me. Note: skin trouble was not just aesthetics for me but dry, irritable and itchy skin.

    On mobile, about half way down the page are some referenced scientific journal articles listed under a section titled ‘research’.

    I buy items as moisturiser, cleanser, toner and sunscreen elsewhere as I do think PC are overpriced for them even factoring in discounts.
