Does CeraVe still make stuff in france
Yes, but only some of the CeraVe products sold in Australia are still from France. My last bottle of the foaming oil cleanser bought earlier this year was Made in France, and so were some of their serums. Not sure about today though.

Cerave only makes one which has 10% ascorbic acid. It's a decent percentage and should be fine for beginners.
The ‘ordinary’ brand has good ones - available at Priceline pharmacy

Just started using the tinted La Roche-Posay Anthelios sunscreen everyday and it’s pretty good. Its kinda small and more expensive vs other brands but yeah super lightweight and easy to wear everyday compared to some other stuff.
Literally wash face with water in the morning, put on cerave from the big pump bottle, and put this on afterwards and you’re set
