    Currently plugging away at some Forte that I purchased from a previous deal, and still loving it. Highly recommend Bay Beans!

    Cool, no copyright infringement or artifically inflated pricing this time. Positive from me!

    In saying that, if you want a couple kgs of beans from Bay Beans it's cheaper from this link:
    http://www.zizzle.com.au/melbourne/deal/just-$49-for-2kg-of-premium-reserve-coffee-beans-from-bay-beans.-includes-free-delivery-australia-wi

    • That's not from the coffee club though =\

  • and its a positive from me !! (exclamation points for dramatic effect)

    but seriously this has to win over the supermarket brands?

    • never buy coffee from a supermarket

    • That's false advertising Natt, I see no pos next to your post lol.

      Had guests around today and they loved the Forte, as usual

      • stumo

        you a hard taskmaster.. I was sure I had clicked positive

        thats what happens when you don't have caffeine

        true story

  • one more vote please? to make it to 15.

    • +1

      I would if I could vote twice! BTW, I don't think it's allowed in the rules for reps to ask for votes. Deals are voted on by users for their relevancy. Artifical votes don't help users find good deals.

      FWIW, still cheaper here for the next 3 days for 1 kg or more:

      • Your right - just me thinking out loud ;-) 15 is my target and the last two have stalled at 14. A couple of people have called for smaller qty deals which I am going to put something together for next month if I can.

    • I dunno mate… maybe make 500grams available as well, cause as the first poster said, your offerings are WAY too much for the average coffee consumer, it would be suitable for someone who's responsible for the whole office's coffee supply.. =\

      • thats a good point. If there is support for a 250g/500g only deal, then I will try put something together for next month. what would be a compelling offer?

        • 250g-1kg all up would be a good quantity, id definately get some to try.
          (this current deal basically had 2kg minimum (buy 1kg get 1kg free) all up, buying 2kg of coffee beans to 'try out the brand' would be too much, especially when these are premium coffee beans and this is Ozbargain)
          I dunno, the $7 trial pack just doesn't seem to give enough to try haha, ozbargainer's mentality :p

          I reckon having an OzB exlusive deal with coupon code (OzB'ers love exclusive coupon codes) for around $25 delivered (no more) for 1 kg of your Central American beans you would get some decent votes. Playing around with smaller amounts is probably not worth your time and difficult to get value with postage costs.

          Don't make conditions like sign up for coffee club or newsletter, customers are less likely to go for it. They just want a simple transaction with no conditions.

          So basically it's 33% off your regular Forte beans price delivered. The time frame that the deal is available should be reasonable for eg. 7 days at least.

          @camelgrass - I hear you.

          So, if I were to make available, an offer exclusive to Ozb, with no conditions, for;

          500g Forte Preground $17 inc delivery
          1kg Forte Wholebeans $27 inc delivery

          You think that might have wings if I run it for 7days?

          Let me know what you think and I will give it some thought. You want to word the deal if I go ahead?
