    Hi mate,

To make it easier for us bargain hunters to notice your deal, it's best if you modify your title to include information on the deal.

For instance, you could change it to "$15 off purchases - Home Security Online"

Have a read of the guidelines (http://www.ozbargain.com.au/wiki/help:title_guidelines) for further info, or just ask if you have any questions.

    Michael.

Seems like postage is at least $16.40 to certain states, $21 to SA rofl. Even for a 40c cap thingymajig.

Also, the coupon doesnt seem to work, keeps saying "Coupon code "15BUX11APR" is not valid."

    • Hi there,
are our technical assistant is currently looking into the error you encountered. Thanks for your patience

  • I received this email from them regarding the USB keys. Seems like they got ozbargained for the 128mb usb keys.

    • Either that or they only had a few but really just wanted to build up a nice database of peoples personal details…..

  • I hope to buy a couple remotes from your site - but you need to fix the discount code AND the shipping rate - it shouldn't be $25 shipping to Perth

Hi all, the hiccup with the discount code has been rectified. We are a Melbourne based company and all freight is calculated on a weight to location basis. Happy shopping

    • So, are you seriously saying it costs $25 to ship a key fob remote to Perth, based on weight? If you had been honest and say you charge a flat-rate regardless of items or something else, I wouldn't have voted negative.

      • Aaah - you mean just like Netplus? I guess you are saying that is it OK as long as you are upfront about it:
"$19 Australia Wide, regardless of order size. We reserve the right to refuse / change price for very large orders"

        • Yes. I do think that businesses need to be up front and honest. Also, realise that we will ship a whole compuer system to the middle of Northern Terriroty for a flat rate.

  • Australia Post freight is based on weight and location from shipper, from Melbourne to Perth is one of their most expensive routes. Perhaps stay tuned for our free and discounted Shipping offers - coming soon

  • Oh dear we see your point. Freight will have to rectified on our connectors. Typically they are purchased in bags of 100 or more so current freight is reflective of this not on single unit purchase

  • Inflated shipping charges.
$16.4 for a flat warning sign to melbourne

  • The team at homesecurityonline.com.au value your opinion and our technical assistants have rectified the technical issues that have been identified. We have also considered your feedback and have made some changes to our shipping. We hope to hear from you soon

    • All you did was change the minimum buy…
Now you gotta buy a billion to even order smaller items…

And coupon still doesnt work "Coupon code "15BUX11APR" is not valid."

  • we have had numerous successful purchases using the Coupon code "15BUX11APR". If you are experiencing any difficulties using the coupon code: "15BUX11APR" we advise you to contact us at [email protected]
