Great grinder, I have owned one for several years, only issue is the "hopper attached" sensor something sticks but turn the hopper button and all good again for a few weeks … when motivated I will clean / fix it.
Shouldn’t it be cleaned fairly often? From what I remember about coffee snobs even day old residue will ruin the coffee.

One of my best purchases. I use it daily for pour overs and you can notice the difference with incremental changes. Very consistent and a must have for manual coffee making.
V60 or chemex? I've struggled to get a good grind for v60 :( either under or over extracted…
