    i have seen knock off ones on aliexpress, does anyone know what the difference is? besides price. I just don’t know i can justify this much.

      Build quality, mostly. The knock off ones have visible injection seams, and the transparent bit below may be frosty/chipped. There's nothing groundbreaking or proprietary in the electronics components, so knock offs will be functionally fine. Maybe some battery life differences but I never tested that.
