What do I have to do to get it for this price?
Pretty much got to create another PSN account and make sure its Indonesian, look up Indonesian ps4 gift cards and purchase them (Make sure its websites that only use paypal and make sure its legit). You buy PS+ for equivalent $5 on that account (use one of the gift cards to buy it), get all the games you need and active all your gift cards to purchase them.
Now, what you got to do after this is login to the account on your PS4 and download the game.. then you got to go to Settings > Account Management > Activate as Your Primary PS4. This will allow you to share the content with your main PSN account, HOWEVER (IMPORTANT) I heard you won't be able to access the DLCs since they will be locked to whatever region the dlc was bought in.
You can't buy the DLC for this version of the game from the Australian store either since the DLC is region locked (i.e Asian region DLC for Asian region game)
So, pretty much this is a waste of time if you want the complete edition with all the DLCs but pretty good deal if you just want a base game.
P.S. This is just information I've gathered via Google, I haven't done it myself.
You can grap it from JB HIFI Artarmon if you are in Sydney, ask them price match to Target, $20. Other jb hifi stores only have 1-2 copy left.If you have the $10 voucher from the e-digital receipt, you only need to spend $10. I just grap it about 1 week ago.

How do you price match?
Target seems to have this in limited stock at Roselands (check using find in another store). Select the store with limited stock. Show the webpage to the JB HIFI staff at the counter and ask to price match. Should be able to be done because I did it recently as well. You might have to call around to different JB hifi stores to find it they have it in stock though.
