Not a huge discount but it is the cheapest I have seen the Surface Book 2 for, currently $1498 at Harvey Norman. It is usually $1799 and (as far as I have seen for the past few months at least) is always specifically excluded from the 15% off promos at the Microsoft store, JB, Thegoodguys, Harvey Norman etc.
Only 128GB internal storage at this price point which for me at least is not a big deal.

surface book and surface laptop are different device.
Cheers for the link but that is a Surface Laptop 2. This a Surface Book 2. The main difference being the screen detaches and can be used as a tablet. That is particularly useful for drawing. I won't say drawing on the Surface Laptop 2 can't be done, but I don't think it would very pleasant.
*Note the original Surface Book came with a pen included, the Surface Book 2 does not include the $139.95 RRP pen.
