  I managed to get the Pioneer VSX-LX503 9.2 for $1388 from digital cinema auburn yesterday as part of the whole home theatre purchase.

    I imported the VSX-LX503 for AU$700 shipped from US, and add on a $50 transformer…..
    Australian Tax even when they impose the 10% GST still doesn't fix anything. People will still buy overseas….

        It was during black friday sales.
        Problem with receivers/amps in australia is that the distributors still think they can charge an arm and a leg. Then the retailer also puts on their margin.

      Good price. I did check amazon before buying. Currently it is $900 + $260. So about $200 extra. So decided just to get local stock and save the hassle if any problem.
