    • yeah, pizza stones are really great to improve a Dominoes when you bring one home too; just get the stone up to heat first and no more soggy Dominoes base.

Just FYI: This won't happen at a good Dominos store. If it's like this then they haven't prepped the bases properly. Ours are always almost perfect and any further cooking would see them burning.

As a general rule: avoid classic crust like the plague and try to avoid topping heavy pizzas (more toppings = soggier base). Also ensure you don't block air holes in boxes when taking home: It just ruins them (same goes for using plastic bags).

On that note, however, those stones are pretty awesome.

You gotta laugh when a pizza oven model name is 'FERRARI'.

Its red, but I don't think it does 0-100 in 3.6 seconds.

  • My simple math goes like this:
$149 / $5.90 (Dominos Cheap Tuesday) = we need to make +/- 25 pizza to be break even

ps: not include time preparation/cleaning/storage, dough and other ingredients

    The choice is yours :)

    • you forgot to add electricity. Watch your meter go bzzzzz fast when you turn this on.

Dominoes isn't actually pizza . They are rehydrated barbeque shapes .

  • I had one of these Ferrari things - it makes decent pizza but is a pain the backside to clean.

is a pain the backside to clean.

i don't think you're supposed to use that part of your anatomy to clean it… :P

    • I had a pizza oven that looked the same but it was a different brand . it was indeed a pain to clean and the stone stinks after about 2 uses .

In fact it's sitting by the back door as I type ready for the bin .

looks exactly the same as this one (which I bought)

    but only $60 more expensive..

    • The one you got is a bargain, this is more like an ad.

    • My simple math goes like this:
$89 / $5.90 (Dominos Cheap Tuesday) = we need to make +/- 15 pizzas to be break even

ps: not include time preparation/cleaning/storage, electricity, dough and other stuff

  • What's the speed for 0 - 100 degree c for this beast?

  • +1

I thought the same until I bought a pizza oven

not this one mind you it was a breville for 100 bucks

took a little while to get the hang of, but it is so worth it!

I use a foil cut out for mine, so no mess

used to be a dominos fan, no moar - until you have tried real mozzarella melted to perfection..

    mmmm!

  • $150 for a cheapo pizza oven?

no bargain. if I want a no name brand pizza oven I can buy them for under $100 in virtually any shopping centre.

edited: ^ there you go…. Breville for under $100.

    • But is the Breville one red?
