Issue - Cashrewards OVO deal isn't tracked

II was checking up on the previous cashback deal from Cashreward here and noticed that it did not show up on my account. It appeared on my click history but conveniently missing from the actual rewards history. I've just opened up a dispute today and would encourage anyone else missing the rewards to also review theirs as well.

I didn't think much of it until I started reading the comments and noticed that for many other users their purchase wasn't tracked either. That's really shitty for a $5 cashback. For a cashreward special, this should have been tracking right from the start rather than us having to lodge a claim for it. Posting this to make sure nobody misses out. Original deal link below:C

    I know probably upset, but have found cashrewards an excellent company resolving issues with tracking. A great company to deal with.

    I had the OVO one tracked, but neither of the Boost ones. Submitted 2 not tracked claims and got no response at all and it's been weeks.

      Hi Bargs. I can guarantee you every email/ticket we receive is responded to. Have you checked your spam folder? Please PM me the ticket numbers for the Boost claims. Thanks.

        The mobile app doesn't give ticket numbers and I received no email 'in a few moments' as promised on the final screens of the submission. Just re-did one of them again to be sure (previously submitted the claims through the app as well, some weeks ago). There's basically 0 feedback / response of any kind other than the final screen telling me I'll receive an email, which I don't.

        And yeah I've checked the spam folder, I've also had no trouble getting every other cash rewards email before and since.

          That is so weird. I’ve just tested and received a ticket number instantly. Please PM me your CR email address and I’ll look into your acct first thing. Cheers.

    Hi clubhonda. A click in your click history is unfortunately no guarantee of tracking. Unless CR was your very last click before you purchased from OVO, your sale will be attributed to another channel and they will receive the commission rather than Cashrewards. This is obviously not ideal as we don’t receive anything to pass onto our members. Please PM me your ticket number and I’ll look into this for you. Thanks.

    Update: The CR team got back to me today with an update thanks to TA so they are quick to revert. Cash back investigation lodged by them to OVO.

    I have found Cash Rewards Team have been able to sort out any issue I have had pretty promptly.
    The only problem I have with Cash Rewards is I forget to use it sometimes.. LOL

    Just received an update from the CR team saying that OVO claimed " another marketing channel has received commission for your sale instead of CR" which is complete rubbish! I've used CR millions of times and follow the requirements to avoid mis-attribution every time so this is pure nonsense. I've emailed CR to request for their assistance to escalate this again to OVO but this is really appalling behavior for a Telco.

    I don't really care about the $5 all that much but if it comes down to it, I'll lodge a complaint with the TIO as god knows how many other people they must be ripping off.
