    these usually end up on side of street once their ink runs out unless you being the real Ozb refill the cartridges that comes with it.

      I'd suggest people buy this not for printing but for scanning documents. I never bothered to install the cartridge.

      They should sell this as a combo with a shredder

        Need some advice - my "other" HP All-in-0ne "refused" to scan when it run out of ink. Is it a coincidence, or if there's a trick to "push" it to scan?

      Seriously, the cheapest way to print for the next few years is to go to Big W and buy 10 of these for $190.

      That will give you 1650 pages. 11.5 cents per page.

      The replacement color cartridges cost $33. Black is $27. So the next 165 pages will cost you 36 cents per page! THREE TIMES THE PRICE OF REPLACING THE WHOLE PRINTER.

      (Bargains over the environment obvs)

        Yep, I never buy ink, just printers.

        Private sector is (profanity) hopeless as usual at providing anything reasonable or decent.

        But I'm not losing money so HP can benefit.

        It's not my children that are going to be dealing with the end of civilisation which is coming according to climate scientists.

    You pay for it with the printer cartridges. I look for the cheapest printer that you can buy cheap eBay cartridges for.
