Best Way to Approach Mobile Plan

I am Currently on a Kogan Mobile Medium Plan, Which i bought last year for $160 in the 2 for 1 Deal but as the kogan data has increased by 7gb since then (6gb when i bought it now 13gb) I think that it is unlikely that this deal will come up again. I am wondering if any fellow ozbargainers would be willing to share their experience bouncing around from network to network. As i often see the Catch, Amaysim and Kogan Deals pop up on cashback sites for one month deals for new users, and how successful you could be bouncing around from network to network to get the best deal. I am willing to put in the time but i just don't want to be without a phone for extended amounts of time. My current Kogan plan doesn't expire until May. So in summary, what is my best option for mobile plans with a max budget of ~$160.

  • Wait for another Kogan Voucher to pop up that is within my budget
  • After My current plan has ended, jump from network to network to get the best deals
  • Find Another similiar plan that is within my budget, and purchase it ready for may.

    • i find myself using around 7gb/month currently, and want to see if i can get a better deal.

  • I am in a similar situation but mine runs out in April. Started off with the small deal and they upped it to 13gb.
I would not use more than 2gb of that per MTH which means I am an economical customer for Kogan I suppose?
I will wait until renewal time to see if they may offer a sweet deal for renewing for another year. If not then there is always someone else out there offering a good deal.
