In case it was a genuine question, it can achieve "slow cook" result in like 45min thanks to the pressure cooking, hence the fast slow-cook. I don't own one personally (no room in the kitchen left ^^) but my friend does and it's pretty good.

Also, It's slow programs are fast and some of the fast programs are slow (because of slow off-steam setting)!

I bought the Phillips HD2178 from Costco Canberra for $214. It's not a deal as such, but it's a better price than this one. Comes with two bowls. Prices are normally $270, but can be below $200 if you wait
