After all the delivery issues I had with Youfoodz I'm not sure I'm going back. Consistently would get a delivery window of 8-11 and consistently would receive it after 4pm. No where safe for them to just leave it either, so have to be home to receive it - massive pain in the butt.
Provide the feedback to them or at the very least ask why you’re having those issues :)
I have. They insist on only communicating over the phone and call me in the middle of business hours which is inconvenient.
A business calling during business hours, who would have thought!
15% isn't that great.
Spend the minimum $39 = $5.25 off which calculates to roughly 8.40 per meal
If it was $15 off $49 that equates to 30% off

Youfoodz screwed me with my December order, not delivering it until early January.
Their support was crap and offered no compensation. This is after two previous messed up deliveries which didn't show up on the correct day.Never again
I have to agree with the inconsistency of delivery hours, except I don’t get much of a choice in delivery hours anyway. It’s either after 2am or after 8am at where I live. But, sometimes when I choose after 2am, I get the box at 4pm. But, there are times when I’ve chosen after 8am but got the box at 6am. I don’t think the options make a difference at all.
And, yes, I have had 4-5 messed up orders so far in my few months of ordering from them. It’s always missing a few meals in those messed up orders.
The one delivered yesterday took the straw. It was missing 3 meals. When I requested for a refund, I was told a % of what I paid for the meals will be refunded. I used the $40 discount I got from buying the voucher which would have worked even without the 3 meals as it was a big order. So, I expected a full refund rather than a % due to the type of discount used. But, I was told their system only work in terms of %.
So, after some compromising and chatting as I insisted on my principles, they refunded part of it in $ and part of it in Youfoodz money. I guess I still don’t understand the logic. I didn’t mess up the order. So, I expect my full $40 discount to be applied. If the order is messed up, I expect the meals value to be refunded in full as the discount would have still been applicable without these 3 meals. If it’s a % discount code I have used, I would have totally accepted the amount refunded.
