[WA] $2.99 Pints @ Stirling Arms Hotel Guildford (Free Cellar Key Membership Required)

40

New Home to Perth’s cheapest pints. Haven’t been there yet so unsure if it’s a real pint (568ml like The Vic does) or a stingy small one yet. Website doesn’t actually list the beer type but according to Facebook users it’s a German beer called Uber. Is this drinkable? Also you have to sign up to their free membership program Cellar Key to access this deal.

    For clarity, 568mls = 1 Pint.
Anything less would not be a Pint.

    • Some places sell "pints" as 425ml.

      • That’s a schooner. A fair few places in WA made the switch to them yet still charged the same price as a pint (like no one would notice..)

        • The (profanity) rooftop bar at The Melbourne Hotel for one! $12 for a (profanity) schooner!

      • Ah, ok, so they are selling schooners (but calling them 'pints'):

Adelaide calls a Schooner a Pint and a Middie a Schooner

      Does my head in

Uberbräu. Not a bad beer at all for the price, although haven’t tried it on tap before.
