      I had the same problem with the last deal.
      Contacted flybuys who pointed out that in the T&C's it says points are credited 6 weeks after promotion ends.
      I suspect this will be same.

      don't know shopback but cashrewards works. it calculates the rewards base on the price excluding GST

    just made a $5 order online (check out as a guest) and got the confirmation email but didn't receive sms for collection and I was not charged. the customer service said the system stopped the transaction possibly because the purchase was too small… looks like i won't get any confirmation until they go back to work on Tuesday
