Almost all commercial pet treats are, it’s not like they’re regulated to meet any nutritional requirements. Nothing wrong with some treats in moderation. Some raw meat or veg is always the better option though. I buy meats that are on sale to portion out and freeze, it works great.
Yup I know but as Papillons states - sadly no regulation on Pet food :(.
I seldomly give my furson Schmackos.. 90% of his treats come from Petbarn or other pet shops. Sometimes when I see random treats on sale I just buy it for him to mix it up =)
schmackos are full of fat and salt, not great for fur babies
