      Good point - given that we aren't using that term for a product competitive to Tiffany's (Jewelry), we are good as it is part of the Pantone colour system.

        That doesn't matter.

        The Tiffany Blue colour is a protected trademark by Tiffany & Co. in the USA and other countries.

        The colour is a Pantone private custom colour, and is not printed in the Pantone swatch books. It is a Pantone colour for Tiffany only.

        Even without potential trademark infringement of their colour, using the words "Tiffany Blue" shows that Tiffany endorses the bottle. I assume they don't.

        By using the words "Tiffany Blue" you're likey infringing on class 28 and 35

    Thumbs up for the proper text wall, I see what you're doing here, nice typesetting and bold and links and …emojis, cool.

    Personally the cheap looking plastic lid really throws me off, it doesn't looks like leak-proof nor insulating to me. I'm also can't bother with unscrewing this thing cuz I'm very pampered by the one touch open design of sigg/thermos.

    Fwiw, for $9.9 it could be a deal, I know I can get it cheaper directly from China but hey support local startup, right? Though I will never pay $29.9 for this cheap lid.

      Op stated that 'liquids stay freezing cold up to 24 hours or steaming hot up to 12 hours', in my humble opinion I think it's a pretty bold statement lol.

      I've used nearly a dozen different insulated bottles from various brands, my personal experience is that these bottles tend to keep liquids relatively cold/hot for approx 5-12 hours depending on environment temperature.

    What a let down. Waited up, went to loo, and missed out. Rep, you really should get adequate stock and repeat the deal. We can accept you underestimated demand, but you have an opportunity to rectify it. This would let you regain credibility with the community. Also, you might consider giving people who missed out the opportunity to get the deal via a pm to you.

    what a shitty thing to do, makes me think they had the absolute minimum available and was deceptive for not saying "limited stock" or something to that accord.

    kind of a risky move, trying to create a reputation and tarnish it on your first run. OZB doesn't forget quickly
