I used the link from thefork on the booking page and the code worked. Have not tested the code standalone so it is possible you need to hack the link a bit.
It is very unlikely that secure a spot is capable of sharing your session with thefork.

Don't most places where you have to pay for parking have public transport anyway
Sometimes it is cheaper, more convenient and more comfortable to drive and pay for the fuel than taking public transport.

How secure is secure parking?
Actually not very secure, I had a dash cam stolen from a securepark and was advised there was no CCTV? Thankfully nothing was too badly damaged and the cam was an OZB special G1W-C so not worth hassling over, was pretty disappointed…
