    It's not really a good deal. This thing really need the sky controller and some spare batteries. The color fade quite quick as the top body is foam

  • looks good to me

    These drones are great and far better than people give them credit for.

    The problem with this is that the included batteries are almost certainly past their use by date, and there's a problem where the connection of the gps units has deteriorated due to age.

    Source - I bought one and went through this last year.

    To Parrot's credit they were excellent to deal with and sent a replacement drone and new (still old) batteries.

    If I were to do it again if get the Bebop 2 (also called Bebop Power I think) which has vastly better battery life and fixed some of the world if this model. These were on clearance price a few weeks back at around $230.

    Also note, you can use Xiaomi WiFi range extenders and/or an Xbox/PlayStation controller rather than having to buy the sky controller.

    • Do you have a link on how to make that controller please, thanks

        No link sorry, but the Parrot forums have lots of info, shouldn't be difficult to find.

        Basically you connect your controller to your Android device, ideally via otg cable so the Bluetooth doesn't impact WiFi. The app supports controllers. Also run the Xiaomi range extender off a pregnant and you can get really decent range out of them.

        I bought a phone clip for my PS4 controller which worked well.

        • Awesome, Thanks for that,I will definitely give it a try

          • @hitman48: Haha, autocorrections. :(
            Pregnant = powerbank
