How do people have multiple accounts with the same phone number?
They usually don't unless they request their old account to be deleted which I think takes up 30 days or something. People have alot of numbers from cheap or free sim deals.
With all the cashback/cheap SIM deals it's easy to keep making new accounts and availing these offers

Very subjective. It would depend on the initial temperature of the food, ambient temperature, how well it's insulated and how long it takes to get delivered after it's cooked. I'd say most times it would be acceptable.

Yes, pizzas are easy to insulate against heat loss. However, I was thinking more of a meal with a combination of different textures and not of a uniform shape.
Depends what you order. e.g. Chips, not so great, thai or a curry often is fine.
Have you ever ordered food out but taken it home before eating it?
Yes, Chinese takeaway for example. But had to put it in the microwave to re-heat due to 20 minute trip to home (due to a combination of traffic and distance).

In my experience, 90% of orders from Uber Eats arrive cold. Especially Pizza/Burgers/Anything that should remain crisp. The only exception are Pastas/Curries/Stir Fries etc that are in purposefully designed takeaway containers.
Most of my orders arrive just warm… different experiences for everyone I guess.
I usually order from stores that are close to me and takes less time for delivery.
