Band 28 =700mhz spectrum. Telstra and to a lesser extent Optus i think use it as *part* of their 4G networks. Voda use 850 instead of 700....

Using door snakes myself does the trick to stop it going on big shaggy rug it gets stuck/confused on. Works a treat everywhere else.
