How Do I Receive Notifications for eBay Sitewide Deals

I am not talking about deals related to Ebay sellers, but sitewide deals.
For example, how can I get notifications when Ebay is 10% off sitewide? Deals examples below:

Those eBay "site wide" and "selected sellers" deals are usually also tagged with "eBay Sale" so you can do search alert on that tag. For example search all deals tagged with "ebay sale" and create an alert for that.

  Hi Scotty, I created the alert back in January when you suggested the above but I have never received any notification email.
  If I go to my Events page and click in the eBay sale event, it will list all the posts, but I am not sure why I am not receiving the notification emails.
  I do receive notifications for other events, no idea why this one does not work.
  
  Any suggestions?
