      You linked the Boom 3 and $147 is just the standard price (see TGG, OW, GN). This post was for the Megaboom 3, which is double the price of the Boom 3.

    I posted the $168 deal, actually Amazon gave me a $20 compensation because I noticed that it went for $147 for some time the same day I ordered. Yes, I received a Megaboom 3 not a Boom 3 for $139.6 after cashback.

      Megaboom is actually pretty good base-wise. Boombox got more input features (microsd, AUX, USB as well i think) which is why a lot of third-world countries really want a JBL BT speaker. Also Megaboom is water-proof upto a few metres while the Boombox is a bit limited with its water-proof feature.
