      Around a year ago I bought a product that was under something like 'buy before 11AM, sent today', bought a copy around hour before the time. Then friend bought a copy just before 11AM… They got their product the next day, and I still waited, then got an email saying they ran out…

    fishpond had a huge fiasco with blu ray prices a year ago and they wont honor low prices due to "computer glitch"

    What a load of crap. How can they say it was a pricing mistake. As far as I'm aware, a contract has been made and they should honour the contract.

      Contract only applies when you've actually paid for the product. Until then, its only an invitation to treat in which both parties may withdraw from the transaction before the contract is actually made.
