      In most cases we can off a picture. If not we will ask for the brand and model of motor and sometimes photos of the motor.

          The ATA will have a learn function on the motor. Instructions included usually or able to download.

      Unfortunately not. If you are unable to find the original remotes at a good price we may have a receiver kit option that will work out to be more affordable.

    I also have a FAAC swing gate and currently using a FAAC 7870071 remote.
    Do you have another compatible more compact remote to replace this model as its a little bulky.

    Hi Rep,
    Very interested in one or two of the ARCO compatible remotes.
    Only problem is my ARCO remote has 10 not (like in your description) 12 dip switches.
    Is that a different arco remote to yours? (looks exactly the same thou)

        One of the two buttons on Arco remote for opening and the other to close
        So two gates.

    Hi Rep,
    I have a Merlin M230T garage door and there seem to be a cable connection to my home alarm system (Hills with a NX4 box).
    Hence I have a remote that controls both my garage door and home alarm but it is now damage.
    Can you please show me which remote capable for both and how to program them.

    Just had a browse a on your webpage and found the same brand remote as mine 'Activor' which is made for controlling my alarm.

      You will require the Activor remote to be able to control both. You will code the new remote via the box attached to your Merlin motor and there will be another button on the alarm box which is usually in a waredrobe or cupboard to code the remote for the alarm.
