    A curved bit of wood for $148? I don't get it - sorry ?!?
    Any clues appreciated

    • It's a board. For kinder.

      Get with the program brah.

    • Dutch children have grown up with these fascinating beech wood boards for generations. Now it's Australia's turn to join the craze. These boards are amazing. Give one to a child and they'll spontaneously experiment and play with it for hours. Kinderboards are derived from a concept used in Waldorf (Steiner) early childhood classrooms. They're now just as popular with Personal Trainers, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists.

his multi-use toy was originally developed for use in Waldorf early childhood classrooms. It helps children develop a sense of balance, stimulate their vestibular system, and gain a deeper awareness of their body. You can rock it. Balance on it. Push it. Spin it. Flip it and slide.

            So does climbing a tree

Does that mean it will hold an adult weight? Or are they for kids still?

          They hold 220kg

          • @Homeliving8: So only for kids then…

            • @jv: Have yet to meet a 220kg+ person though…

  • Can you do better on this price?

Why do websites persist with the popup nonsense someone in a random town just bought a blah?
No one cares it's just annoying.

      Worst when it's fake: https://www.bigcommerce.com.au/apps/sales-pop/

it works incredibly for new stores which haven't got many orders and customers, by allowing store owners to create "fake" notifications to promote any items as hot sellers and create brand trust

        • Will it hold 220kg like the kinderboards?

          • +1

@Homeliving8: Cripes, if your kid is 220kg, buying this won't help.

            • @mlakmlak: It’s not only used for kids 🤔

  • How does it compare to a Wobble board?

    ps who is Ollie?

    • I havent used the wobble board but from what i can tell there is not a lot of difference. The wobble board has some models with felt on the bottom which is good for hard wood floor. The kinderboard can take more weight (220kg). The wobble board is also thicker and heavier which is why my son has the kinderboard, its easier for him to lift and move around to play with.
