I have been eying a great deal which offers 3 free personalised pens. Looking closer, it said for business. Do you think I should order it even if I don’t own a business or do you think it’s too risky and something might happen?

Sometimes "for business" deals will require that you provide an ABN. But if you can order without an ABN, go for it.
What's the worst that could happen? They contact you and say we believe it's for personal use and we won't honour it?
Additionally, with these sorts of things you've obviously got to provide them with details that they can continue to contact you on (email, mobile potentially and postal address). Be prepared to receive marketing material.

said I had a business (I did) provided all details, but could not provide ABN which they later requested (don't have one) anyway they got upset about me exploiting loopsholes for businesses and eventually had tax man on my case. Thought i was doing everything correctly o run as a hobby, but it was to profitable and I should have been paying tax differently.
still got a few freebies and discounts though.
