Was looking for a good price for this, best I could find in stores was $30 for the Xbox One version at Target. Had a look on Amazon yesterday and the PS4 version was $30. I checked again today and the price has dropped to $24.

This is my first deal I've posted so if I've left anything out or have done something incorrectly please let me know so I can amend the deal.

    Only the PS4 version is $24, the Xbox One version is available at Target for $30 but there may be limited stock.

    There were a few copies of the Xbox One version at Target Innaloo WA last night, so might be worth checking your local stores.
    Otherwise EB have it new for $47 which isn't such a great price, but is better than buying it pre-owned from EB for $48.

  Correct me if i'm wrong but I'm pretty sure I saw a PS4 Tekken 7 at target for $30 but it was a PSVR compatible version.

    There isn't a separate Tekken 7 PSVR version, all versions on the PS4 are PSVR compatible.
    But according to reviews the VR mode is tacked on and rather bare bones.
