If speed is critical, the 300MB/s is kinda BS. more like 250-60 read/write in benchmarks.

For speed this one is 400/350 read/write on benchmarks.

    • Read 300 Mb/s
      Write 50MB/s

According to some Amazon US reviewer feedback. That write speed is a little disappointing. I get 60MB/s from an old cheapy Kingston 32GB which was a budget line. But the price is right.

      • Yeah, obviously varies between benchmark. Overall it seems decent reads, but very average writes. You're not gonna be wanting to wait on this thing to move large games or something.

Some of the older ones are actually quite solid, still got a 32GB Sandisk from 5 or 6 years ago that I got for around $30. It manages ~200 read and 250 write. A lot cheaper for size these days, but I'd honestly rather another solid 32GB one…

Yeah I'm with you. I really wouldn't want anything under 100 write speed today. I mean I should be able to fill a USB drive faster than I can copy to a networked computer 50 meters away in 2019.

The memory being used is getting cheaper and less reliable unfortunately.
